This product has been developed with priority on solving the following two problems that have been considered as the most serious defects in the conventional cylindrical lever lock. The structure of conventional cylindrical lever lock is typically weak that marginal torque would damage the internal parts of the lock. To compensate for this problem, our product is designed so that its out lever will turn freely 360 degree in either direction, when excessive torque or force is applied to the lever during a potential break-in or intrusion. (Patent in U.S.A 10 / 277242) The conventional cylindrical lever lock is not ease to use because the turning angle of the lever is typically too large to open a door with ease. Our product is designed to minimize the turning angle of the lever, thus facilitaing ease of use. The lever turning angle of a conventional cylindrical lever is typically 73 degree.
