Door Latch Assembly System

This equipment assembles door latches which is used for automobiles. It is carried out inspection of rivetting thickness and vision inspection to detect wrong component assembly during whole automatic assembly process. Next, it is carried out Mid inspection process by condition of actual car. Last, we pack it up after Finish inspection.

The concept of this equipment is 5.5 sec/ea. It has the mixed method system was applied by mixed production of “inner housing” and “motor housing”. Also It has the alarm system by PDP electric sign board to prevent workers from being confused in production status and change of models.
